Bubble Pizza

I made this tonight. Next time, I think I'll let the girls help by cutting up the biscuits for me. The fun thing is that the 'pizza' pulls apart in little bite-size pieces. Yum!

Bubble Pizza Recipe

From passthesushi.com

2 containers refrigerated biscuit dough, 6 biscuits each (I used Pillsbury)
1 jar pizza sauce (14 oz)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 cup pepperoni (or other favorite toppings) (I cut the pepperoni into 1/4's, too)

Preparation: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. With a sharp knife or kitchen shears, divide each biscuit into 4. In a large bowl, combine diced biscuit dough, sauce, 1 1/2 cups cheese and toppings. Stir to combine.

Pour mixture into greased 9×13 baking pan. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, checking to make sure dough is cooked through and cheese is bubbling. Note: I covered mine loosely with aluminum foil to keep the cheese from getting too done.) Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
